Hypatian Institute Executive Leadership Program

Applications for the Hypatian Institute’s Executive Leadership Program Class of 2019 will be accepted February 1 - May 11, 2018.

The Executive Leadership Program launches in the fall of 2018.  Over the course of six monthly sessions, participants will target the knowledge and skills that form the building blocks of competitive advantage.  In particular, we provide a framework to understand how the community around us works.  Participants will meet public, private and community leaders as well as thought leaders on issues that shape our world and where we live and work. To put program lessons into practice, they will then engage in a project that serves the community.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This uniquely structured leadership and professional development experience provides participants with the opportunity to cultivate their unique talents and skills into competitive advantage alongside peers across sectors.

The Executive Leadership Program will stimulate your ability to identify opportunities and pursue your potential by illuminating systems of influence and developing techniques to leverage political, economic and social capital. Programming will introduce lessons learned from community leaders in the public and private sectors and thought leaders regarding critical issues. Each monthly session will focus on a specific area, including servant leadership, innovation, change, and visibility. A team community service project will complement the program lessons.

We seek professionals from the public, private and nonprofit sectors who are involved in their communities and interested in developing their own potential while participating beneficially with their peers in the program. Each session of the Executive Leadership Program takes place on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from noon to 8:30 pm.
